When you sign up, you choose to share some or all of the following: your name, email address, pet type, notes about your pets, and — if you sign up as a veterinary clinic — your clinic or practice name, work email, city and practice size.

We store this information securely in our database and use it only for the purposes described below.

• To reserve and manage your place on the waitlist, and to contact you by email when early access opens.
• For our own marketing purposes — for example, to understand interest in PetPrio, improve our messaging, and send you updates about the product. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

We will never sell, share, or disclose your email address or your name to anyone outside PetPrio. Your personal details stay with us.

We may use trusted third-party tools and services to collect and process the information you provide — for example, our database and hosting provider, email delivery services, and privacy-friendly analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments, and only for the purposes listed in this notice.

We keep your signup details for as long as you remain on the waitlist and PetPrio is in development. If you ask us to remove your details, we will delete them promptly.

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@petprio.app and we will respond without undue delay.
